The Job

As a Data Analyst, you’ll support global prioritization and execution activities by transforming data into actionable business insights that improve decision-making, visibility, and operational performance. This role partners across functions to analyze trends, develop reporting, identify opportunities, and support execution against strategic priorities. The Data Analyst will use approved AI tools to accelerate analysis, improve reporting efficiency, support workflow automation, and enhance insight generation, while applying sound judgment, data governance, and responsible AI practices.

You’ll get to

  • Analyze business, operational, and performance data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights that support prioritization and execution decisions.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, scorecards, and recurring analyses for business stakeholders.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define reporting needs, clarify business questions, and translate data into practical recommendations.
  • Support prioritization processes by organizing data inputs, evaluating tradeoffs, and helping leadership make informed decisions.
  • Improve data quality, consistency, and usability across reporting processes and business reviews.
  • Use AI-enabled productivity and analytics tools to accelerate data exploration, summarize findings, draft business insights, and streamline recurring analytical tasks.
  • Apply effective prompt-writing techniques to obtain useful, accurate outputs from approved AI tools for research support, analysis framing, reporting drafts, and workflow assistance.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive reporting, data preparation, and business process tasks using low-code, analytics, and AI-assisted tools where appropriate.
  • Validate AI-assisted outputs for accuracy, relevance, bias, and business applicability before sharing or operationalizing results.
  • Partner with data, digital, and technical teams to help translate business needs into requirements for analytics, automation, or AI-enabled solutions.
  • Support adoption of responsible AI practices by following company policies related to data privacy, confidentiality, governance, and appropriate use of AI tools.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by testing new business-facing AI capabilities and recommending practical use cases that improve team productivity and decision support.

You also have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in common analytics and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or operational analytics.
  • Business-facing data storytelling
