Technical Services Team Supervisor

SAIC is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Technical Services Team Supervisor. We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader who is committed to driving team success, maintaining operational excellence, and fostering a positive work environment. This is an on call role with work schedule operations Sunday-Friday 8PM-6:30AM; these hours are subject to change. Ideal candidate will come from a leadership background who is able to adapt to a fast paced, changing environment.

This role is an ONSITE role in Fort Huachuca, AZ, must be local to area to be considered.

JOB DUTIES

• Oversee daily operations and ensure all team service level agreements are consistently met
• Maintain a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance guidance to team members
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall team performance
• Communicate effectively with departments, stakeholders, and leadership
• Manage time recording and time keeping requirements
• Prepare and analyze daily and weekly reports
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a goal‑driven approach
• SIPR Support at Fort Huachuca

REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience

• Bachelors and two (2) years or more experience; Masters and 0 years related experience; Years of experience in Lieu of degree to be reviewed.
• Proven experience in a managerial or team leadership role
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and sound decision‑making capability
• Ability to motivate, inspire, and guide team members
• Must have SIPR Access
• Availability for 24x7 on‑call support
• Ability to work a 9+ hour shift
• Subject matter expertise with AESMP, including reports and lists, dashboards, accounts, and related functions

Clearance

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must have an Active Secret Clearance to start.
