Some Project Info

  • Scope of project to Plan for pharmacy systems migration in stores
  • Potential Target system for migration is PDX-EPS

Deliverables by Specialist over next 4-6 Weeks

  • Develop specific questionnaire for Client Meetings
  • Conduct Workshops ONSITE with client teams
  • Guide conversation with Business leaders at Company to finalise plan.
  • Develop Cost / Timeline document for each scenario (max of 2 possibly)
  • Workshop / meetings to be conducted onsite along with other team members (1-2days a week)

Requirements of Specialist Resource

  • Expert Understanding of Pharmacy business systems and implementation process
  • Expert understanding of processes, costs and effort involved
