Build and support automations for joiner, mover, and leaver flows and access requests
Support identity and access capabilities using SSO, MFA, and least privilege models
Operate zero-touch device provisioning for macOS and Windows
Manage application packaging, patch automation, and policy compliance
Use AI tools and event-driven patterns to improve platform operations
Create self-service experiences and runbooks for common IT needs
Implement telemetry, logging, and dashboards for automation monitoring
Participate in Tier 2/3 incident response and root cause analysis
Partner with Security, GRC, and People teams to deliver platform changes

2+ years of experience in IT engineering, platform engineering, or systems administration
Working knowledge of identity and access concepts including SSO and MFA
Experience supporting macOS or Windows using modern device management
Ability to script and integrate systems using APIs and webhooks
Familiarity with SaaS administration and collaboration tools
Experience with incident and change management and root cause analysis
Demonstrated experience using AI tools for development or troubleshooting
