As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with specific business processes and application requirements. Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and functionality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must To Have Skills

Proficiency in Workday Studio.

• Strong experience in application design and development within enterprise environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues effectively.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools relevant to Workday Studio.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable solutions.
• Capability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Studio.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
