Associate Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer

We are looking for a Associate Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer to join our team in Coppell, TX. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and gain hands-on experience working with the Guidewire Insurance Suite in a supportive, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in the development and maintenance of applications using Guidewire PolicyCenter.
• Work with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Help design, code, test, and debug software components with guidance from senior developers.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate on project deliverables.
• Learn and apply industry best practices and internal standards.
• Support system integration and configuration tasks as needed.

What You’ll Need

• Some experience or coursework with Guidewire, Java, or GOSU programming is preferred.
• Interest in learning Guidewire PolicyCenter and insurance technologies.
• Understanding of software development basics and Agile methodology.
• Good problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Experience with automated testing tools (like GUnit or Selenium) is a plus but not required.
• Guidewire certification or training is a bonus.

Note

This is a hybrid role; the candidate must reside within a 50-mile radius of our Coppell, TX office and be available to work on-site 3 days a week on a regular basis, as well as 2–3 times per month for team meetings and collaboration days.
