As an AI Engineer - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth within our Advisory practice. You will focus on leveraging advanced analytics and statistical techniques to extract insights from large datasets, conducting exploratory and descriptive analysis, statistical modeling, and creating data visualizations to solve complex business problems and inform strategic decisions.

As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You will identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm, leading with integrity and authenticity while embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will mentor others, address conflicts or issues, and uphold professional and technical standards, all while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Leading the design and development of data solutions to transform raw data into actionable insights
• Guiding teams in leveraging advanced analytics and statistical techniques for data-driven decision making
• Utilizing data science algorithms and machine learning models to solve complex business problems
• Overseeing the creation of data visualizations to inform strategic decisions
• Managing data pipelines and confirming data quality and integrity within analytics frameworks
• Implementing data engineering practices to support scalable data solutions
• Coaching team members to enhance their skills in data science workflows and troubleshooting
• Collaborating with client support teams to address data challenges and optimize data utilization
• Encouraging innovation and the adoption of new technologies in data science projects
• Analyzing system components to identify linkages and interactions for improved data solutions

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 10 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
