Design and implement AI models to solve complex business problems
Deliver demos, proofs of concept, and production-ready implementations
Evaluate model performance using relevant metrics and optimize
Support sales and delivery of services across cloud, data, and AI domains
Articulate integrated solutions spanning advisory, engineering, and operational capabilities
Communicate AI initiative results and provide actionable insights

5–10+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, machine learning, or AI
Hands-on experience with AI/ML and Generative AI (LLMs, RAG)
Experience with agent-based AI solutions (e.g., Amazon Bedrock)
Strong coding skills, ideally in Python
Experience building production-grade systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure
Working knowledge of SQL, ETL pipelines, and large-scale data processing (e.g., Spark)
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
Strong proficiency in AWS cloud infrastructure (SageMaker, S3, Glue)
