Responsibilities

Architect and own AI systems end-to-end
Design agentic systems to automate complex workflows
Ship production systems that impact fund performance
Deploy infrastructure across business units
Create technical SOPs
Scale the technical platform beyond the fund

Requirements

3-6 years of software engineering or technical product experience
Demonstrated ability to ship production systems
Strong Python or other object-oriented programming skills
Experience writing services that process real data
Deep experience with APIs, webhooks, and integration architecture
Understanding of auth flows, rate limits, and failure modes
Hands-on experience with LLM APIs like OpenAI and Anthropic
Experience with prompt engineering for production use cases
Familiarity with workflow orchestration
Experience designing data models and working with CRMs
