As an Analyst, MarTech Partnership Operations, you will support the team in increasing customer acquisition and retention, generate engagement through multi-channel marketing campaigns, and foster recognition of loyalty benefits. On the Marketing Technology and Enablement team reporting to the Manager, MarTech Operations & Partnerships, you will support customer and partner experiences by helping intake, organize, prioritize, and deliver MarTech enhancements, platform operations, and integration readiness across Hilton's digital and loyalty ecosystem. Through these technology-driven capabilities, you will help strengthen Hilton's ability to engage customers and members in meaningful, connected ways while enabling internal teams and external partners to operate with greater clarity, consistency, and efficiency.
What you'll do during a typical day
- Support MarTech enhancements, loyalty partnership operations, partner inquiries, and issue resolution from intake through follow-up.
- Manage Salesforce support queues, including categorization, routing, SLA monitoring, escalations, and status updates.
- Maintain Airtable, Jira, Confluence, and related trackers so priorities, owners, dependencies, decisions, and status are clear.
- Support release readiness, UAT coordination and operational handoffs
- Analyze Salesforce, Airtable, Jira, Splunk, Power BI, API/batch reporting, and partner data to identify partner health trends, issue themes, and operational insights.
- Create and maintain SOPs, training materials, support plans, onboarding guides, and operational runbooks.
How you'll collaborate with others
- Partner with MarTech Operations, Loyalty, Product, Technology, Analytics, Security, Legal, Hotel Operations, and external partners to support intake, readiness, triage, and delivery.
- Align stakeholders on requests, releases, certificate rotations, support issues, dependencies, decisions needed, and next steps.
- Collaborate with management to improve support workflows, SOPs, guides, and knowledge-base content.
Deliverables you'll take ownership of
- Salesforce and Airtable operations, including queue hygiene, intake categorization, prioritization support, SLA visibility, escalations, and status reporting.
- Operational reporting and dashboards that surface partner health, volume, trends, issue themes, and leadership-ready insights.
- Partner onboarding, post-launch, and ongoing maintenance support, including release readiness, certificate rotations, IP allowlisting, cybersecurity review diagrams and artifacts, Salesforce intake, Jira ticket management, testing artifacts, checklists, release notes, handoff documentation, and completion evidence.
- Create AI and automation opportunities that streamline repetitive workflows, updates, triage, recaps, SOP drafts, and routine follow-ups.
What It Takes to Make the Stay
You have these minimum qualifications
- One (1) year of experience in operations, marketing operations, technology support, partnership support, project coordination, business analysis, or related work
- Experience coordinating stakeholders, tracking action items, documenting follow-ups, and communicating status clearly
- Experience with support, workflow or collaboration tools such as Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Airtable, or similar platforms
- Experience with reporting applications such as Excel, Power BI or similar
- Experience with technology support (including: APIs, batch files, data flows, partner integrations, technical operations, AI, or automation concepts)
- Work hybrid schedule in Dallas, TX office
It would be useful if you have
- Experience in loyalty, hospitality, travel industries
- SQL experience or demonstrated ability to query, analyze, and summarize structured data
- Experience creating SOPs, training materials, support playbooks, user guides, or knowledge-base content
- Exposure to Agentic AI, prompt design, low-code automation, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Power Platform, or similar tools

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $52,500 – $75,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
