Lead team to handle the production Quality

• Create and implement Production quality developing roadmap
• Production Quality Engineer and Qulaity Technician competency continuous improve
• Production Quality performance and quality cost monitor
• Work with Production team on production quality improvement
• Allocate resources of Production quality in terms of works and tasks
• Lead team to handle the customer complaint refer to production line
• Lead Production Quality continous improvement
• Production Quality KPI monitor and improvement
• Production Quality KPI setting
• Team Work planning & assignment
• Put right employee with right competence at the right position.
• Coaching and guiding employee on career development
• Motivate people for high performance
• Evaluate employee performance and feedback

Bachelor degree or higher in engineering, or equivalent

5 years of working experiences in the related field

working experiences in the automotive and/or manufacturing are desirable

Experiences in project management necessary

Technical and quality knowledge are necessary

At least with more than 2 years management experience
