You’ll be part of a product team building and evolving reliable, scalable software in a modern engineering environment. We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, cares about code quality, and wants to have a real impact on both our products and engineering practices.

What you’ll be doing

• Design, develop, test, and ship robust, maintainable, and readable software, applications, APIs, and workflows
• Contribute to technical architecture design decisions
• Work as part of an agile, cross-functional team and actively participat in Scrum ceremonies
• Analyze, discuss, and implement business requirements while maintaining good documentation of the systems and components you create
• Bring in industry standards and best practices to continually improve our codebase and architecture
• Make a positive impact on our engineering culture by adopting, implementing, and providing feedback on both organizational and industry standards and practices

What you bring

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with C# and .NET
• Strong experience building and maintaining backend services
• A solid understanding of RESTful APIs
• Practical experience with data access patterns and ORMs, ideally Entity Framework
• Good knowledge of relational databases, preferably SQL Server
• Familiarity with distributed architectures, including service-to-service communication and asynchronous messaging
• Experience with cloud-hosted and containerized applications, ideally Azure and Docker; Kubernetes is a plus
• Experience troubleshooting application issues using logs and monitoring tools
• Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) to speed up coding, testing, and debugging, along with sound judgment about when and how to rely on AI-generated output.
• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code practices is a plus
• Fluent English
• FinTech or banking domain knowledge is a big plus
