Based in our Bogota office, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional support to our US customers. Your flexibility will be key, as you will be engaging with customers during peak times across the exhilarating sporting calendar, including evenings, some weekends, and holidays.

You will provide support through three channels

chat, email, and phone calls, ensuring our customers receive top-notch assistance tailored to their needs. Moreover, this role offers a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of the American customer market, equipping you with valuable insights that will enhance your professional journey.

• Providing support to our customer base via Live Chat, telephone and email.
• Reviewing and escalating queries from customers to your superiors when required.
• Providing a positive experience to our customers and resolving their queries as soon as possible.
• Using internal tools to resolve customer’s queries.
• Promoting Responsible Gambling.
• Maintaining awareness and knowledge with licensing policies procedures and criteria.
