Responsibilities

Partner with credit risk, legal, compliance, and product managers
Lead or contribute to projects from hypothesis to production
Build financial primitives as an IC or lead
Design and build clean APIs optimizing for uptime, latency, regulatory compliance, and cost
Experiment with emerging approaches and share learnings
Operate and manage existing Cash services
Make recommendations to improve team and Engineering practices

Requirements

Embrace an AI-first mentality and leverage AI for development
Familiar with agentic engineering
5+ years working on complex systems and delivering quality software
Expertise developed in one or more technical areas
Curiosity to find flaws in complex systems and fix them
Resilience to persevere in complex situations across scale, uncertainty, and interconnectedness
Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity
