Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Good programming skills in Java with 2+ to 8 years of experience in Core Java and Java-based frameworks.
• Proven experience in product software development (end-to-end lifecycle).
• Experience in Eclipse Plugin Development [RCP, Feature Plugin, EMF, JFace] and knowledge of AUTOSAR (added advantage).
• Strong knowledge of Design Patterns and their practical implementation.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as JUnit and SWTBot.
• Practical usage of AI tools to improve development efficiency (code generation, debugging, automation support).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and build tools like Jenkins and Apache Maven.
• Experience with SCM tools such as Git.
• Strong requirement analysis, communication and presentation skills.
• Understand functional requirements convert them to use cases.
• Experience working in Scrum/Agile teams.
• Ability to independently handle tasks and convert functional requirements into use cases and technical designs.
• Should be a BE/ME/BTech/MTech Graduate.
