Overview
BRMi is seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD professional to design, configure, develop, implement, and optimize Human Resources Service Delivery solutions. This role combines business-functional and technical responsibilities and works closely with HR stakeholders to translate business requirements and processes into effective ServiceNow solutions.
The position supports the full software development lifecycle and requires hands-on expertise with ServiceNow HRSD, including Employee Center Pro, HR Case Management, Knowledge Management, development, integrations, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform optimization

Responsibilities
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, implementation, and operational support.
- Design, prototype, test, and implement ServiceNow HRSD solutions, including Employee Center Pro, HR Case Management, Knowledge Management, and other HRSD capabilities.
- Configure and develop HRSD solutions that meet business requirements and support an effective employee and user experience.
- Develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, Glide scripting, Business Rules, and other platform development capabilities.
- Create reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs and provide insights into HR services and business processes.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate user needs into technical solutions and system enhancements.
- Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Support the stability, reliability, and ongoing performance of HRSD solutions.
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and controls supporting platform operations and the software development lifecycle.
- Create and maintain technical specifications, system configuration documentation, development documentation, and knowledge resources.
- Ensure custom development aligns with ServiceNow best practices and established governance standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to HR stakeholders and end users, including troubleshooting and training.
- Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, features, and best practices and recommend enhancements to improve HRSD functionality.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of ServiceNow experience, including experience with Human Resources case management.
- 4+ years of product development experience with ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow HRSD out-of-the-box functionality and when configuration or customization is appropriate.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification required.
- Advanced ServiceNow development experience, including JavaScript, Glide scripting, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience designing, configuring, developing, testing, and implementing ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
- Experience with Employee Center Pro, HR Case Management, Knowledge Management, and related HRSD capabilities.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow integration best practices and experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems such as Oracle HCM Cloud and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools.
- Experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist and Moveworks.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
