Take prototypes to production in days, not weeks
Partner closely with our Lead AI Architect on architecture, system design, and the evolution of Cardiff's AI platform
Build and ship AI agents touching real customers (SMS, email, voice) with measurable business outcomes: lead nurturing, transactions, retention
Integrate across Salesforce, Snowflake, Gmail, Zoom, Slack, and internal services
Own the full lifecycle: backend, frontend, deployment, monitoring, iteration
Work directly with operations, sales, underwriting, and marketing leaders
Translate business needs into shipped product the same week
Iterate relentlessly in production

Personally shipped production features using Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or equivalent as your primary development mode
Recent work (last 0-6 months) where AI tooling let you ship something a traditional engineer would have taken 3-5x longer to deliver
Strong fundamentals
Comfortable across the stack: Python, modern JS/TS, SQL, REST/GraphQL, cloud deployment
Bias toward shipping
Direct communicator
