Overall Responsibilities

Overall Responsibilities We are seeking a junior product develop coordinator to be based in China, working closely with the Senior Sourcing Manager. The successful candidate will serve as the key operational link between our regional Asia-Pacific supplier base and the US Product Development team, assist in costing paper work, and flawless order execution.The ideal candidate should assist on product development and sourcing, with a focus on hair accessories, Fashion Jewelry, cosmetics, personal care, bath product category.

• Assist to distribute Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents to factory partners to initiate the costing process.
• Work closely with sourcing manager and assist to monitor costing deadlines, ensuring factory partners submit proposals within established standard operating timelines.
• Assist in preparing and maintain comprehensive cost sheets for all new development projects and confirmed production orders.
• Collaborate closely with the Vietnam (VN) cross-functional team to facilitate and execute accurate system item creation.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Product Development, or related field.
• Strong data management and cost-sheet proficiency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage time effectively.
• Understanding of the US market trend and culture.
