Product Manager – Payment & Revenue Integrity
Why This Role Matters
The Product Manager plays a critical role in shaping and advancing products and services within our Payment and Revenue Integrity Solution Line. This role exists to translate customer, market, and business needs into solutions that create measurable value, strengthen our competitive position, and support continued business growth.
Working across product, technology, operations, sales, marketing, and other key functions, you will help guide products from initial concept through launch and ongoing optimization. You will serve as a voice of the customer, using market insights, product performance, and stakeholder feedback to influence priorities and ensure our solutions continue to meet evolving healthcare needs.

What You'll Do
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned products and services, aligning priorities with customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives.
- Lead products through the full lifecycle—from ideation and validation through development, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Translate customer, stakeholder, and market insights into clear product requirements and priorities that enable cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to rapidly prototype concepts, gather stakeholder feedback, communicate product vision, and accelerate product ideation and time to market.
- Partner across engineering, product ownership, design, operations, marketing, sales, customer success, legal, pricing, and finance to successfully develop and launch new products and enhancements.
- Evaluate market trends, competitive dynamics, product performance, customer feedback, and financial considerations to identify opportunities and make data-informed product decisions.
- Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle while serving as a market and strategy expert for assigned products.
- Drive organizational readiness for product launches by ensuring necessary documentation, business rules, communications, training, operational processes, and supporting materials are in place.
What You Will Bring
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in product management or a related product, healthcare, business, or technology role.
- Experience with healthcare Payment Integrity, Revenue Integrity, cost containment, or related healthcare solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to develop product strategies and roadmaps and translate business needs into clear product requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data, customer insights, and financial considerations to inform product decisions and business cases.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and build alignment among business and technology stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate product vision, business requirements, technical concepts, and recommendations to varied audiences.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar technologies to support prototyping, ideation, stakeholder collaboration, or product development.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business, technical, legal, and financial information and translate findings into actionable product decisions.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage multiple priorities in a cross-functional environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within healthcare Payment Integrity or healthcare cost-containment solutions.
- Experience with product management and collaboration tools such as Aha!, Confluence, Miro, and Jira.
- Experience applying design-thinking principles, rapid prototyping, or other customer-centered product development methodologies.
- Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions, product demonstrations, or other cross-functional learning sessions.
- Experience contributing to go-to-market strategies, marketing plans, customer proposals, or strategic business initiatives.
- Knowledge of healthcare data privacy and HIPAA requirements.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $110k-$160k. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
