RL Carriers has an immediate need for Collections Specialist at our Wilmington, OH Service Center office. The individual will be responsible for an inventory of accounts, monitoring and reaching out to customers to recover unpaid and overdue shipping invoices.

Responsibilities will include

• Must be professional and self-motivated.
• Perform tasks in Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft programs.
• Contact delinquent accounts via phone and email to secure late payments.
• Review disputes and submit to appropriate department for review.
• Excellent analytical, verbal, written communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment under a deadline.
