PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install advanced completion tools equipment according to operating procedures or within the scope of its intended use.
- Perform advanced downhole hydraulic calculations.
- Supervise the installation of downhole completion tools, Liner Hangers, Toe Inhiation, Inflatables, Stage Tools, Etc.
- Verify and inspect completion tools equipment and supplies shipped to the wellsite are in proper working condition.
- Report status of on-going activities daily to the Operations Manager.
- Prepare, complete, and submit accurate & thorough end of well reports on a timely basis to the Operations Manager.
- Prepare JSA (Job Safety Analysis) for wellsite operations.
- Hold pre-job meetings, toolbox talks with relevant on location personnel.
- Provide workshop assistance when not at field locations.
- Participates in CAT (Corrective Action Teams) to implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Utilize safe work habits.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a drug screen & background check.
- 3-5 years industry experience with completion tools or a similar/relevant role.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
- Required to be available on a 24-hour call basis as needed.
- Basic level computer skills (Microsoft Office) required.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Upper and Lower completion tools experience.
- Ability to perform advanced mathematical calculations as it applies to customer requirements.
- Mechanically inclined and proficient in field operations with extensive knowledge of downhole equipment across multiple product line.
- Self-motivated with the ability to follow instructions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively to solve unique problems.
- Ability to adapt and be cross-trained to learn all job duties as required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
