Responsibilities

  • Design and develop software applications and platforms
  • Analyze user needs and develop software solutions
  • Determine feasibility of solutions design
  • Prepare technical design documentation
  • Upgrade existing software applications and/or systems
  • Write and review high quality code
  • Perform unit and/or automation testing
  • Develop and deploy application components
  • Support unit testing and bug fixes
  • Participate in AGILE Scrum meetings and/or CI/CD
  • Support applications, systems, and databases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Mentor junior team members
  • Lead development of solutions with high complexity and risk

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation
  • Five (5) years of experience with CI/CD, Jenkins, GIT, or DevOps
  • Five (5) years of experience programming in Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript
  • Five (5) years of experience with Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Five (5) years of experience with cloud components including cluster management
  • Five (5) years of experience with Agile methodologies or SAFe Software Development Principles
  • Five (5) years of experience with Docker or Kubernetes
  • Five (5) years of experience with JIRA, Rally, or Confluence
  • Five (5) years of experience with software testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting
  • Five (5) years of experience writing application code and deploying to production
  • Five (5) years of experience developing backend services
  • Five (5) years of experience performing code reviews
  • Five (5) years of experience collaborating with peers on software development solutions
  • Five (5) years of experience with Agile productivity tools and leading incremental software releases
