Arsenault have partnered with another multi-national business in Hamburg seeking to hire a number of experienced Data Analysts (Mid & Senior Level) to join a project working on e-commerce, marketing & CRM topics.

The successful candidates will drive the decision-making process by channeling data analytics, logic, and statistics. You will have experience of analysis & modelling and able drive insights and on to develop and optimize marketing performance and strategy. Working closely with senior managers and stakeholders you will help solve problems relating to market performance, customer retention & acquisition and ROI measures.

Desired Skills & Experience

• A background within Data Analytics - a passion for Data topics & making sense of large data sets
• Excellent SQL experience and Dashboard tools (i.e. Looker, Tableau, etc.)
• Experience with statistics/data analysis packages R / STATA / Python
• Solid experience of Excel and reporting
• You will ideally have a degree in computer sciences, econometrics, mathematics, or statistics.
• Excellent communication skills, highly organised and fluent in English
• Extremely Desirable if you experience with Marketing Analytics, in particular, ROI/ROAS models
