Collect, compile, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources for compliance review
Monitor, identify, and report on trends within ABS, Samples, and Peer to Peer monitoring data
Identify legal and compliance issues and develop communications or training to change behavior
Assist in facilitation of audit support including preparation and follow-up remediation
Lead ongoing projects to enhance business agility while ensuring compliance controls
Collaborate with Commercial, OEC, Financial Compliance, and Legal stakeholders on compliance issues
Maintain oral and written communication for daily operational compliance inquiries
Develop and maintain USCC procedures and work instructions for monitoring programs
Interact with customer-facing personnel to provide guidance on compliance requirements

BA/BS required or equivalent professional work experience
Highly analytical with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Experience with large sets of data
Substantial MS Office skills including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel (pivot table experience), SharePoint
Ability to manage several workflows simultaneously and align actions with SMEs
Intense curiosity and persistence to understand big picture and details related to compliance
Proven success in interactive and remote team environment requiring low supervision
