Data Integration Lead

Must-have

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related technical field
• 7+ years of work experience as a Developer or Technical Systems Analyst
• 3+ years of work experience on Information Technology projects supporting an enterprise-wide environment
• Strong technical experience working with IBM Data Stage, SQL, and Shell scripting
• Experience working on projects developing and implementing applications for business stakeholders
• Strong analytical skillset, including the ability to transform business logic described in business requirements into solutions that include integration between DataStage servers and databases.
• A self-starter attitude (e.g., someone who can take initiative to own their project and drive it to completion)
• Hands-on working knowledge of SQL Server
• Dig deep into performance, scalability, capacity, and reliability problems to resolve them
• Experience with design patterns, data structures and algorithms, strong mathematical/analytical background.
• Basics in AI and Gen AI and knowhow of the tools such as CoPilot. Nice-to-have
• Previous experience in Finance or FinTech
• Working knowledge of Confluence and/or Jira would be an asset
• Experience in agile or design thinking methodologies
• Experience with SCM tools such as GitHub, Subversion, CA Harvest would be an asset.
• Experience working with DevOps pipelines (GitHub, Maven, Jenkins, Urban Code Deploy), continuous integration/delivery, automated testing (unit, functional, performance)
• Know-how on Snowflake, Cloud, Gen AI areas would be a plus
• Understanding of the Capital Markets trading and reference data and relationships
