What You'll Do

• Analyze large and complex data sets to extract meaningful insights and uncover trends that impact business decisions.
• Design and build feature stores to enhance model training and development.
• Develop predictive models to optimize customer engagement and sales strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and evaluate data-driven solutions.
• Communicate insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Stay updated with the latest data science technologies, trends, and methodologies.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Operations Research).
• A minimum of 4 years' experience in data science, with a focus on predictive modeling and machine learning.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL.
• Knowledge of big data technologies like GCP, Hadoop, and Spark.
• A strong understanding of code repositories, git, and CI/CD practices.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• A self-driven, results-oriented team player with a commitment to excellence.
