Responsibilities

  • Define and direct technical strategy for largest accounts
  • Lead customers on a transformational journey
  • Implement technical strategy in the account
  • Build a movement of technical champions within the account
  • Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions
  • Provide structured mentorship for other team members
  • Gain respect of peers based on experience, insight, and contributions

Requirements

  • Experienced pre-sales professional with track record helping enterprises become data-driven
  • Solid background in value selling, technical account management and technical leadership
  • Technical understanding of ML & AI relevance and application
  • Proficiency at establishing virtual teams and leading them to success
  • Experience working very large (> $1m ARR), global accounts
  • Ability to form relationships with executives and influencers
  • Present a convincing point-of-view to decision-makers
  • Technical in big data, data science and cloud
  • Ability in data-driven business transformation and driving change with data
  • Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala or Java
