A minimum of 4 years of experience with the following skill sets:

Designing web services-based applications using visual Studio dot Net/Angular/Bootstrap
Designing document management systems
Designing Active Directory based security
Designing telecommunications systems
Designing workflow systems
Designing payroll management systems
Designing 3 tiered applications
Analyze results, identify functional and performance issues and write clear and detailed bug reports
Ability to interact with business stakeholders, system integrators and external support providers for collecting/analyzing requirements.
Ability to work with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements
