Distributed Cloud | Senior AI Engineer

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer who bridges the gap between cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence and robust Software Engineering. In this role, you won't just build prototypes; you will design, develop, and scale production-grade, secure intelligent systems for a highly demanding corporate environment.

You will act as a hands-on guide for backend and AI implementation, ensuring best practices, software reliability, and technical rigor across our generative AI and automation initiatives.

In this role, you will

• Act as the Senior for complex AI projects, writing clean, production-ready backend code and moving AI solutions beyond prototypes into scalable architectures;
• Develop and maintain high-performance RESTful APIs and backend services using C# and Python;
• Integrate and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) into backend processes, ensuring efficient prompt engineering and context management;
• Design and implement cutting-edge Generative AI, LLMs, and Multi-agent systems (particularly advanced enterprise chatbots and decision-support tools) tailored for secure corporate environments;
• Enforce software engineering best practices, including robust testing (unit, integration, E2E), CI/CD pipelines, and clean code architecture;
• Ensure the security, scalability, and resilience of applications. Take part in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and code quality;
• Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, proactively identifying new tools and techniques to integrate into our stack;

Core Backend & Software Engineering

• This is a software engineering-heavy role. You must have a proven track record of developing robust backend systems using Python and C#/.NET.
• Hands-on, practical experience building and optimizing high-performance APIs using FastAPI;
• Deep understanding of software environments, version control, automated testing frameworks, and architecture best practices;

AI & Generative AI Expertise

• Strong conceptual knowledge and practical experience implementing Gen AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and Multi-agent systems;
• Proven experience developing and deploying advanced chatbots or virtual assistants within complex, highly regulated corporate environments;
• Solid understanding of model evaluation, integration, and ensuring model reliability/security in production;

Cloud & Infrastructure

• Solid experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure);
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration and data pipelines;
