Responsibilities

Design and build enterprise-grade AI agents using Google Gemini Enterprise and ADK
Implement agent logic, reasoning, planning, and sub-agent orchestration
Integrate agents with enterprise data sources including Databricks, ServiceNow, and Snowflake
Develop and publish reusable, modular agent components to the Client Agent Library
Perform unit and evaluation testing using the ADK eval framework
Optimize prompts and model configurations for performance
Collaborate with Data and AI Engineers and API developers across the sprint lifecycle

Requirements

6+ years of software engineering experience
2+ years of GenAI/LLM development experience
Hands-on experience with Google ADK and Gemini Enterprise
Strong proficiency in Python
Experience with prompt engineering for LLM applications
Experience with RAG, embeddings, and vector search
Understanding of agent orchestration and A2A protocol
Experience with MCP tool integration
Must be able to work onsite in the USA

Preferred

Experience with Vertex AI, LangChain, or LlamaIndex
Experience with Cloud Run or GKE
Knowledge of AI safety, evaluation, and guardrail patterns
Experience with Model Armor or Guardrails AI
Domain exposure to Finance, Marketing, or HR
Google Cloud, Gemini, or ADK certification
