We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Project Management – Architecture professional to support the successful delivery of architectural and design projects while strengthening strategic client relationships. The role combines 60% project and design management responsibilities with 40% business development and client relationship management responsibilities.
Project & Design Management (60%)
- Work closely with the Design Manager to manage client expectations throughout project execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client and team communication.
- Manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Proactively identify risks, delays, and anomalies and escalate to senior leadership.
- Support design production teams with project coordination and resource planning.
- Maintain project documentation and reporting.
- Coordinate meetings and ensure project objectives are achieved.
Client Relations & Business Management (40%)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and decision makers.
- Build understanding of client organizational structures, including project allocation, contracts, procurement, and finance teams.
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Manage contract-related communications and support negotiations.
- Monitor contract status and compliance requirements.
- Follow up on invoicing and payment collection.
- Lead and coordinate tender preparation and submission activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Project Management, Design Management, or related discipline preferred.
- 5–10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in transport / metro related projects
- Experience managing client-facing architectural or design projects.
- International project experience is highly desirable.
Technical Skills
Rhino, Grasshopper, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator.
Language Requirements
- Fluent Mandarin and English (mandatory).
- Cantonese is an advantage.
