Receive customer samples and verify accompanying documentation.
Register samples accurately in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
Assign unique sample identification numbers and generate work orders.
Verify test requests, sample details, and customer information.
Coordinate with technical departments regarding sample allocation and testing schedules.
Maintain accurate records of sample receipt, registration, and dispatch.
Communicate with customers regarding sample status, missing information, or clarifications.
Ensure proper labeling, storage, and traceability of samples.
