Provide administrative and operational support for marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
Coordinate and deliver email calendars for multiple countries/ regions
Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, contact lists, and shared folders.
Collect, organize, and validate marketing data from spreadsheets, campaign platforms, and internal systems.
Prepare routine data summaries and reports on campaign performance, leads, events, and other marketing activities.
Assist with creating presentations, reports, and internal marketing updates.
Update basic content and campaign information in marketing tools and internal systems.
Work with marketing teams in different locations and other internal teams to complete assigned marketing tasks.
Perform general administrative duties and other marketing support tasks as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field preferred.
One year of administrative, marketing, internship, or operations experience is preferred.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of CRM is a bonus.
Comfortable working with numbers and preparing simple data summaries.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Fundamental understanding of marketing metrics, such as leads, engagement and conversion rates.
