Responsibilities

User Experience & Product Design

• Design user-friendly digital interfaces that deliver excellent user experience.
• Translate user needs and research findings into clear design solutions.
• Create wireframes, mock-ups, and high-fidelity visual designs.
• Prototyping & Interaction Design
• Develop clickable prototypes to demonstrate user flows and functionality.
• Design interactive elements that enhance usability and accessibility.

Design Systems & Standards

• Develop and maintain Design Language Systems (DLS) to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Ensure designs align with branding, accessibility, and usability standards.

Research & Collaboration

• Conduct user research and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to refine solutions.
• Present design concepts and articulate rationale effectively.

Requirements

Core Skills

• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital product design and user experience expertise.
• Proven experience designing intuitive and visually engaging interfaces.
• Proficiency in creating mock-ups and interactive prototypes.

Technical Skills

• Experience developing and maintaining Design Language Systems (DLS).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS is an advantage.

Soft Skills

• Excellent visual design sense and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to clearly present research findings and design solutions.
