Responsibilities

Build the intelligence layer behind Harmonic
Transform fragmented, unstructured sources into structured knowledge
Own the entire pipeline from data ingestion to search and research experience
Develop an agentic research system for VCs
Manage deals, track companies, and collaborate within the platform
Build scalable, performant, and observable frontend and backend systems

Requirements

5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience
Record of shipping high-quality product
Experience turning ambiguity into clarity
Experience building scalable, performant, and observable frontend and backend systems from first principles
Interest in venture capital and the startup ecosystem
Ability to work in the office 3x a week
