Responsibilities

Build and ship core full-stack features
Own key patient-facing and dentist/staff-facing workflows and UX
Collaborate directly with founders on product and architecture
Help establish early engineering best practices
Help hire/manage additional team members, and manage contractors

Requirements

4–6 years of software engineering experience
Strong proficiency in frontend development (React preferred)
Solid full-stack skills
Proficiency with AI infrastructure and LLM’s will be strongly preferred
Experience shipping production products is a must have
Comfortable operating in an early-stage, fast-moving environment
Product and UX-minded

Preferred

bonus for healthcare or SaaS experience
