ESM Tech Lead

JD Build and maintain provisioning workflows in ServiceNow Cloud Management/ITOM for AWS/Azure/GCP resource requests

• Configure and update CMDB/Discovery patterns so cloud assets are accurately tracked
• Set up and refine approval chains, budget/quota checks, and policy guardrails for cloud resource requests
• Monitor and tune governance rules (tagging standards, cost thresholds, security baselines)
• Support audits by ensuring provisioning logs and compliance records are accurate
• Build/maintain REST/SOAP integrations between ServiceNow and cloud provider APIs, ITSM tools, or CMDB feeds
• Troubleshoot failed integration jobs (MID Server issues, API auth, payload errors)
• Triage and resolve incidents/tickets related to provisioning failures or governance policy blocks
• Work with cloud infra/security teams to translate governance policy into ServiceNow logic
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and platform upgrade testing
• Write documentation/runbooks for new workflows
