Job Description

  • 10–12+ years of experience in Programming, RPA.
  • Minimum hands-on experience of 6–8 years in RPA, having designed, developed, and deployed multiple automations.
  • Must be Automation Developer Professional certified.
  • Independently design, develop, and deploy automations in collaboration with various teams (in some cases the sole RPA modeler/developer on a project), either as an individual contributor or part of a team of developers.
  • Support in the creation and ongoing refinement of existing automations.
  • Review code and suggest improvements.
  • Develop and document RPA configuration best practices.
  • Configure new RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to independently interact with business users and other teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing new and enhancing existing solutions, ensuring optimal performance, and maintaining adherence to defined specifications.
  • Serving as a technical lead to identify the most effective solution approaches within the UiPath environment.
  • Translating business requirements and architectural direction into scalable, high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful automation outcomes.
  • Due to ongoing support requirements, participation in an On-Call rotation may be required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years Information Technology OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 6+ year Information Technology experience OR 8+ years Information Technology experience.
  • Proven ability to execute and deliver results.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across business and teams (business stakeholders, process owners, infrastructure, analysts, developers).
  • Experience leading, mentoring, and guiding development teams.
  • Hands-on development experience with RPA platforms (UiPath).
  • 3+ years of RPA development experience and 6+ years of overall IT.
  • 3+ experience.
  • Experience creating Solution Design Documents (SDDs) aligned to best practices (modularity, reliability, maintainability, reusability).
  • 2+ years of hands-on programming experience (e.g., .NET, Java, C/C#, VB, 2+ Python, SQL, web services, or related technologies).
  • Exposure to multiple automation environments such as desktop, web, Citrix, Salesforce, Microsoft products, mainframe, or legacy systems.
  • Knowledge of object-oriented design principles.
  • Ability to multitask and lead development efforts to meet delivery timelines.
  • Relevant certifications (UiPath and/or programming languages).
  • Experience working with cloud AI platforms such as Microsoft Azure or comparable technologies.
  • Experience within the healthcare insurance industry.

  • Design, develop, and deploy automations for clients globally in collaboration with teams (in some cases the sole RPA modeler/developer on a project), either as an individual contributor or part of a team of developers.
  • Support/project lead in the creation and ongoing refinement of an appropriately tailored RPA solution that provides the optimum platform for rapid and repeatable delivery of automated processes.
  • Provide guidance and hand-hold developers on technical front.
  • Review codes and suggest improvements.
  • Develop and document RPA configuration best practices.
  • Configure new RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.
  • Analyze client processes, identify automation opportunities, define RPA value proposition, reengineer process to improve automation potential, and recommend RPA approach/strategy.
  • Conduct RPA High Level Assessments.
  • Drive the strategic and tactical roll-out of the RPA solution to clients by creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases and supporting the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases.

  • Provide technical training and guidance to the RPA team.
  • Lead and assign projects to the RPA members to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with quality.
  • End-to-end coordination with process owners, developers, and IT teams to implement projects.
  • Work closely with Business Units and departments to ensure conformance to governance and processes.
  • Track and monitor RPA automation performance, KPIs, etc.
  • Review process documentation, i.e. scorecard, process definition, solution design, and user document.
  • Identify best practices and continuous improvement in RPA solutions.
  • Manage licenses and administer the UiPath Orchestrator and robots across different global business units.
  • Organize and conduct RPA-related training for local and overseas business units.
  • Organize events such as webinars and publish articles to promote and increase adoption of RPA.
