Required Skills

Significant, demonstrable expert experience performing and successful COBIT implementation projects in enterprise IT organizations similar to the size and structure of Amtrak.
Availability and adequate engagement of an experienced team of up to 4 contractors.
Strong experience and knowledge of the NIST security controls.
Big Four IT auditing
