Excellent analytical and communication skills (both written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail
Strong experience with gathering and documenting business requirements
Strong experience authoring user documentation (such as User Guide, Quick Reference material, etc.)
Strong SQL skills (MS SQL Server)
Strong experience with Quality Assurance (QA) developing test plans/scripts, testing of applications; ability to identify defects, track resolution of problems, and retest defect corrections
Experience working within team environment, as well as independently
Experience working under tight deadlines
Understanding of Federal FISMA requirements
Experience with automated testing tools (QTP, UFP)
Experience with SharePoint or other similar document collaboration platforms
