Veracity Group is focused on using AI and Machine Learning to solve real-world problems. We're looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our team and help us with exciting AI/ML projects.

The Person

• Assist in developing machine learning models and algorithms for real-world applications.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other team members to build and deploy AI/ML solutions.
• Preprocess and clean large datasets for training and evaluation of models.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and visualization to gain insights from data.
• Experiment with state-of-the-art AI/ML techniques and tools to improve model performance.
• Support in automating and optimizing model pipelines.
• Research new advancements in AI/ML and apply relevant findings to improve existing systems.
• Document project processes and create technical reports on findings and outcomes.

The Role

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts such as supervised learning, unsupervised learning, neural networks, etc.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Knowledge of libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib for data analysis and visualization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
