Our client is a leading hospitality company known for delivering exceptional guest experiences and innovative services. With a commitment to excellence, we are seeking an experienced and tech-savvy IT Manager to ensure seamless technological operations across their venues in AD.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the IT infrastructure, systems, and network operations across the company.
- Ensure the security, efficiency, and reliability of IT systems, including POS, PMS, and CRM solutions used in hospitality operations.
- Plan, implement, and manage software upgrades, hardware installations, and system integrations.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT-related issues in a timely manner.
- Manage IT budgets and vendor relationships, including procurement of IT hardware and software.
- Monitor and maintain data security, backup systems, and disaster recovery plans.
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance teams to align IT solutions with business needs.
- Research and implement new technologies to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT management, preferably within the restaurant chain, cloud kitchen concepts etc
- Proficient in hospitality systems like PMS, Warehouse Management Systems, MICROS etc
- Strong knowledge of network architecture, hardware, and software systems.
- Experience with cybersecurity and compliance regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Certification in IT-related fields (e.g., CCNA, ITIL, Microsoft, or CISSP) is a plus.
