Senior Java Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications in a collaborative Agile environment. You will work closely with stakeholders, lead the development of key components, mentor team members, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
Design and develop scalable Java applications following best practices.
Lead the development of critical application components.
Conduct code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure system reliability.
Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing.
Document technical solutions and contribute to continuous improvement.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and DevOps practices.

Required Skills

8–10 years of Java development experience.
Strong knowledge of Java, PostgreSQL, and complex information systems.
Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools (Git, Azure DevOps).
Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
Fluent in French or Dutch, with excellent English.
