Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer (8–10 years) to support enterprise‑level ServiceNow development, configuration, and platform enhancements. The ideal candidate brings strong hands‑on expertise across core ServiceNow modules, integrations, and workflow automation, with the ability to deliver high‑quality technical solutions in a fast‑paced environment.

This is a complete onsite role in Amsterdam, working closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure stable, scalable, and compliant ServiceNow implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow modules, workflows, and custom applications.
• Implement and maintain ServiceNow integrations with third‑party systems.
• Enhance platform capabilities through scripting, automation, and configuration best practices.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and ensure smooth operational performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow governance, security, and development standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–10 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and platform capabilities.
• Experience with scripting (JavaScript), workflows, UI policies, business rules, and integrations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within Agile teams.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent in English; no local language required.
