Meet with clients to understand their vision, space requirements, and design preferences
Create design concepts, layouts, and furniture plans using CAD or design software
Provide professional recommendations based on research, trends, and best practices
Collaborate with project managers, sales teams, and installers to deliver complete solutions
Develop mood boards, presentations, and visual materials to support client decisions
Ensure that designs align with budget, timelines, and functional requirements
Oversee or support the implementation and installation process as needed
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, finishes, and industry trends
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
Proven experience in space planning, commercial furniture, or interior design
Strong design skills with proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to balance creativity with functionality and budget constraints
Detail-oriented, client-focused, and a strong team player
Knowledge of furniture systems and workplace design trends is a plus
