What We're Looking For

• 3-10 years in data/software engineering
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data modeling
• Hands-on Palantir Foundry expertise (pipelines, Ontology, Workshop)
• Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams (2-5 engineers)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Palantir Foundry certifications are a plus

• Define solution architectures and guide engineering design
• Write and review code, ensuring quality and scalability
• Mentor engineers, foster collaboration, and drive technical learning
• Translate client objectives into actionable technical strategies
