Collaborate with Data Science, Data Engineering, CCOE, DevOps, and Delivery Platforms to align ML solutions with business objectives
Leverage AWS, Databricks, and Spark to develop scalable ML solutions for millions of users
Create automated data and modeling pipelines for smooth integration and deployment of ML features
Lead optimization of CI/CD workflows, ensuring scalability and resilience in partnership with DevOps and Delivery Platforms
Proactively identify and resolve issues/bugs, ensuring AppSec vulnerabilities are corrected with Application Security and CCOE
Drive adoption of ML engineering best practices and contribute to formal training programs
Participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment and drive project success

Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of ML engineering experience, or advanced degree (master's/PhD) in quantitative field
Experience building production-grade ML models and infrastructure in Python
Strong background in advanced Python and big data technologies
Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Demonstrated experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (CDK, Pulumi, etc.)
Skilled at translating business problems into ML engineering problems and communicating to non-technical audiences
Strong understanding of data engineering and software engineering fundamentals

Professional or academic experience in HR, social science, or psychology
Contributions to open-source software in Python
Enthusiastic about how ML and infrastructure can lead to superior customer experience
Invested in staying current in ML and infrastructure by applying new technologies and practices
