IT manager or PM , with budget forecasting (ASAP interview 2 weeks)

Mapjects is seeking a strong IT manager who can work and communicate with multiple teams and leadership.

-Comfortable with budget management, reporting and forecasting

• Ability to multitask, as the requires managing portfolio of 20+ software applications
• Manage track and respond to requests for portfolio information
• Familiar with applications controls (impact analysis, access management, logging and monitoring, change management,problem and incident management, etc)
• Coordinate in gathering data from multiple work streams
• Ability to organize and present information to management and application owners in a clear and concise fashion. Has hands on skills with ms excel, PowerPoint, share point and BI reporting tools.
• Business analysis skills are needed
• Experience in managing phases of technology lifecycle in support of business needs: planning, operations and risk and control.
• Ability to read infrastructure & system context diagrams
• strong communication skills required. As a portfolio manager, the individual will need to interact with various stakeholders, technical staff and members from standards & controls organization
• Set up process to make the management task easier going forward
