The ability to effectively communicate, explain and document with clients and management
Highly proficient and comfortable designing SSAS cubes
Proficient at designing and developing ETL using MS SQL Integration Services (SSIS), reporting
Proficient at writing T-SQL, stored procedures and functions
Write documentation and communicate database design
Proficient with Data Quality Services and data profiling
Experienced with common ETL Design Patterns
Ability to perform as OLTP DBA is a plus
Proficient in Excel BI Tools
Understanding of Entity Framework and Linq to SQL is a plus

Optional (nice to have)

Utilities for maintainence

Monitors server and database capacity and performance
Maintains relevant database documentation to facilitate support by Database Engineering and Operations staffs
