Windows Phone Developer (telecommute, remote option for right person)

We are looking to hire a windows phone C# XAML software professional who is a self-starter and is accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment.

• Windows Phone Development tasks include: coding, testing, debugging, documenting, peer-reviewing, deploying, monitoring, and support
• optional
• iOS:
• Experience leveraging the iOS frameworks to access native capabilities of iPhone/iPad, such as camera and location services
• Strong understanding of the Apple Human Interface Guidelines for iOS
• Strong skills in debugging any error/ crash in Xcode
• Android:
• Experience developing Android apps using Android SDK/NDK
• Strong experience in Java
• Understanding of Android security protocols
• Strong understanding of interactive application development paradigms, memory management, file I/O, network and socket programming, concurrency and multi-threading
• Experience working with Version Control Tools
• Experience developing in an Agile development environment
• Strong understanding and experience in Object-Oriented solution design using UML and design patterns
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field
• Knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript and jQuery
• 5 years of full life-cycle and iterative development, with a good understanding of test-driven development
• Experience supporting both iOS and Android

• Work in a fast paced environment
• Develop and update new & existing mobile solutions
• Build prototypes and proof of concepts
• Work with web developers to create and support mobile applications
• Create compelling device specific user interfaces
• Ongoing optimization to improve performance, fix design issues and bugs
• Keeping up to date on the latest industry trends in the mobile technologies
• Explain technologies and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Contribute to task identification, and work effort estimates for development and maintenance activities
